Customer Reviews
Good box, easy setup
I signed up for the Multi-Month Subscription Plan for my terrier mix. The initial sign-up was really straightforward, just picked his size and preferences. The first box arrived in about 5 days, which was pretty quick. It had a couple of plush toys he loved and some Grain-Free Dog Treats. The treats were a hit, he's a bit picky. Everything felt high quality. I did contact support once because I wanted to change the shipping date for the next month; they responded to my email within a day and adjusted it without any fuss. Overall, a solid experience and good value.
Fun toys, slow support
My dog really liked the Super Chewer Box I got him, especially the Durable Rubber Toys. They actually held up to his chewing, which is rare. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. My only minor issue was when I tried to add a Dental Chew as an add-on item; the website was a little glitchy, and it took a couple of tries. Support eventually helped, but it wasn't super fast. Good products though.

Hey, I saw an ad for a free dog bed with a BarkBox subscription. Is that still a thing, and do I need to sign up for a full year to get it?
Hey guys, thinking about getting BarkBox for my golden retriever. He's a pretty tough chewer, not like super destructive but he can rip through some plush toys pretty fast. Should I just go for the regular BarkBox or super chewer?
